    Non Lethal Damage?

It's completely logical if you compare it to 3.5. The same thing happened except you didn't know exactly when they were going down. Rogue with a Sap sneak-attacking while everyone else is in Total Defense... I like the new method better.

    Does Mage Hand block movement?

That's true, but I know plenty of players that would get pissed it didn't work like they wanted expected. I mean, we already have a MageTank using Tenser's Floating Disk and a box... throw in a flaming sphere for a fire aura! Edit: Damnit.... I want to do this now :D

    Does Mage Hand block movement?

Unforeseen consequences. Two solutions: 1. Since it states a size (medium), it occupies the space of a medium creature. 2. Those inside take damage as though they were outside. I think #1 is what is actually going on.

    Does Mage Hand block movement?

Yep. It was quite effective in those Kobold tunnels.

    Does Mage Hand block movement?

Check the errata. http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/updates "Blah, blah.... conjurations don't occupy a square unless stated..."

    Really stupid question about powers

I've found the Table of Contents much more helpful than the index...

    # of Daily and Utility Powers per day

Excepting the exceptions (Wizards, Channel Divinity, Healing Infusions, etc.), you can use every power you know according to how often the power says you can use it. No one power changes how you use another power.

    Multiclass Ranger Q

They remain your quarry until the end of your next turn, so you can get 2 attacks in. First turn: 1. Designate with Hunter's Quarry. 2. Attack. If hit, add 1d6 (or 1d8, forget which). Second turn: 1. Attack. If hit, add 1d6 (or 1d8). 2. At EOT, designation fades away.

    can monsters use second wind?

Having healing surges does not automatically allow the use of Second Wind.

    Solo monster question

All creatures still have a minor, standard, move, and immediate action. Nothing about being a Solo monster breaks this. What they did with Solo monsters is using a standard action to make two attacks. The general format is "Double Attack: Standard Action. Make two basic attacks." Some...

    Anyone make any more potions?

One thing to be careful about adding more potions is the possible effects of stacking them. With Quickdraw, you can down 3 potions in a turn. In the list you have above, that's +2 AC, +5 Stealth, and a Climb speed until the end of the encounter. Possible ways to avoid this: 1. Tie it into the...

    All kobold PCs "physically challenged?"

The MM entries are not complete by any imagination. They're considered guidelines for creating PCs and NPCs. If it really irks you, just give it lowlight vision. Hell, give it darkvision if you agree not to bug the DM with it.

Errata to Playing Warforged in DR364 compilation

If you want to use a two-handed weapon, you have to embed it in both your hands, not just one.

    Knowledge skills in combat

I'd say passive check for basic information, minor action for more detailed stuff (actually roll). Note "Monster Knowledge Checks" on PHB 180. "No action required..."

Level of a Power or Magic Item?

Item level also directly determines how much an item costs.

    Multiple Critical Hits?

I'd say once for each critical. The "one damage roll" is for area effects and doesn't cover critical hits.

    XP Formula

Problem with that is that they didn't follow the forumula. They rounded some levels, added some, subtracted some, and generally made a mess of it.

    Sneak Attacking with Heavy Blades?

If you go to the main forum page, you'll see that none of their forums are up. Something went wrong with the maintence performed earlier.

    Flanking & Combat Advantage

I'm not sure what change you're talking about... But flanking has not changed since 3.5. Only the people flanking get Combat Advantage.
