How human centric do you want it to be is a thing to ponder, the presence and number of other humanoid races and al that. I for one like to have the fantasy races but tone down the monsters in the wild aspect of things, this usually means monsters are closer to unique or rare than to every day...

You really should make a pdf out of this all you know, for portability. I am not sure if I will ever get a chance of running it, but if anyone wants me to GM D20 again, this will be it, that is for sure. ;)
