    I don't see any reason you couldn't bluff a PC. Bluff doesnt have the same specification as diplomacy that it doesnt work on PCs.     Basically, If you are going pure crusader and you take the extra granted feat your maneuvers will recycle every 3 rounds. Which isnt too bad, but I would definitely want to have a mix of strikes, boosts and counters, cause if you stick to strikes you can't use them fast enough. On a side note...

    Well I believe if you have 1 or more negative levels from level drain or some similar effect you count as lower HD for effects that count HD. That might be the idea behind current HD.

    There's a PRC in Completed Scoundrel that requires Augment Summoning I believe. Can't remember the name but it's a non-evil acrance caster that bluffs evil summons. Thought it was kinda interesting. It's moderately recent though so it might not have been what you are aiming at.

    I believed how it worked was that WWA + Dance = 1 attack per 5' of movement, max of 1 attack per target per round. Somthing like that if I'm remembering correctly. So it is pretty nice. But only if you have lotsa stuff to attack. And a really good tumble. though reach helps that a lot.
