At a local game shop in NW Indiana, the owner has said that 4E stuff moves much more slowly than Pathfinder. There is much more Pathfinder material there as well. As for the 3E boom, there was a lot of bad stuff. However, there also was a lot of good ideas. I really enjoyed some great stuff...
