Just want to add, if I have to pay for a sig, I hope you plan on disabling the ability for board users to set them as not viewable. If it cost me money, then people should have to see it to read my post.

Actually this is axactly what not to do. I mean if you have been supporting them because you like the writers, then you just got a kick in the face too. If you weren't supporting them before, then they should have been making a better a product to get thoes dollars from you and keep the work...

What your smelling is the smell of a quality RPG. If your past buying habits included mostly WoTC stuff, That might be why it is unfamilliar to you. You know somone was going to come up with that one :) Oh my eyes get a little misty whenever I open my RPG too. ... It's so beautiful....

Nope, Also because I know WotC history with eletronic products. I remember core rules, and e-tools. I also remember how DDI was going to be ready for the release of 4.0. If Paizo did something on thier own, maybe. Depends on the content and usefulness. They have a track record I like.

This is exactly what I did. Today is my first real visit back. I was surprised to see I was not the only one.

I really like this idea, and would also love to see some generic stuff, that works like the Freeport book. Stuff that is non-setting specific that you can throw in, if you already have an established campaign worlds.

Remember current established players are not the Target Audience (they will be downloading them). The target new players see the fancy books in the store, grabs them, and a pack of character sheets. Then gets home and says, Oh I don't have enough, and goes back to get another pack.

Maybe he is refering to the fact that is a tragedy of good quality. Redcar'd post said nothing about the title. Is instead compared the OP comment with the work of a previous edition that was completley unrelated.

I don't recall in his original post comparing anything to 3rd. Also what would you rather have him title it. The tragedy of the current version of D&D that I can't give a number to cause Recard will turn it into an edition war?
