It is the fake deaths that bug me. Remember when that one girl got blown up during the season finale only to find out in the next season that it was planned to make everyone think she was dead? It's been done twice now. Lois has died, only to return. Lana has died what...six times...

Nothing changes, ever. The only perma-death I can remember is John Kent, but he's still listed in the credits so who knows. Overall, a good episode. Kara looks hot but a bit odd. Her acting went from bad to average, so I'm hoping it improves the longer she is on.

The problem with both Peter and Hiro for the writers is that they are just too powerful. There are few situations that they couldn't solve, like the old Superman complex. How do you keep it suspenseful if one person is as powerful as everyone else combined?

From the online comic and what they said in the show, I think it is clear that she spreads a virus and that her brother keeps her from "going nova" and spreading it again. Whatever the virus is has to be pretty nasty stuff to kill that entire truck (100% lethal) in a matter of minutes or hours...
