    "Concealment" isn't a general description of the effects of invisibility, it's a specific game effect. Negating concealment doesn't negate the other effects of invisibility, such as the invisible subjects bonus to hit people (or their target's loss of DEX bonus), the insane rolls needed to spot...

    A little party level question...

    Yeah, going easy is the best idea, Keops. Otherwise you may be forced to either wipe them out or pull your punches halfway through the fight. And players generally notice when you're doing that.

    Don't forget your trusty Prayer Bead of Karma. +4 to your caster level means more damage with your Inflicts and Searing Lights. Though you'll need to buy them from a 17th level Cleric.

    Roll "1" - Variations

    I do the "fumble test" thing for any natural 1's, including skill tests and saves. I get them to roll the appropriate stat against DC 10. I don't have a system for what happens on a botch, I just wing it. I'd agree that ckirby's fumble rules are pretty dang harsh. :)
