Tennant to Quit as Dr Who

Yeah, I would've liked to see that, too. Moff + Tennant could have been great... and it was seemingly also pretty tempting for Tennant. But well... Cheers, LT.

    Do you like modrons?

They're weird. They're cute, at least the DiTerlizzi version. Cute & Weird, sounds like a viable critter to me. I like them. Cheers, LT.

Peter Lee talks about Modrons miniatures

By the way, in one of the last Dragon magazines (by Paizo), there were some really, really great (and weirdly cute) depictions of modrons: Cover Art Interior Art They're based on DiTerlizzi's concepts... and they're fun! Cheers, LT.

    Snaking the HIVE

This reminds me of something... Two insane mathematicians are in an asylum, then ones shouts: "I'm going to differentiate you!!!!" The other answers calmly: "Go ahead, I'm e to the power x!" Oh, that's really, really cool! :D Cheers, LT.

The Pie... Err... Keep on the Shadowfell.

Thorid looks at the strange bear creature and keeps close to the rest of the group, looking out for nasty surprises. "Hopefully, that thing has nothing to do with trees."

    Power cards: Why?

Nitpick: It's an area of a square meter, in the ratio one to root two, hence by halving the length of the wide side, you get a sheet of the next smaller size. Cheers, LT.

So... how would you like modrons? And what do people like about modrons? For me, their quirky appearance makes it. I simply love them, because they look weird and cute at once, especially the rogue modrons. Or the Dragon cover, on which the modron just looked adorable. Cheers, LT.

    Snaking the HIVE

Oh, that explains why I suddenly have to turn my radiators on again! And gas prices are going to rise! And I felt like being frozen solid when I got home from the pub last night! But no snow, just slightly frozen roads. Bad enough, I mean it's just October, it's never that cold in Manchester...

Martial Power Excerpt: The Aerialist Rogue

It's probably just that they don't want to randomly create a bunch of powers (like many, many spells before), but instead want to create some overarching flavour. Builds are a pretty easy way to do that - you combine player advice and some general flavour into one package. Is certainly neater...

Burning through the Dresden Files. Three books the last two weeks, but now a bit stumped, because my Waterstones stocks all of them but the one I need to read next. :hmm: Cheers, LT.
