BOZ, they're from the Forgotten Realms Adventure Beneath the Twisted Tower. Its from the old FR Box set, the 2e one. The one with the expansive chapter on Shadowdale, where this adventure starts off from. If you want (and if its possible) I can post their 2e stats :)
