    I may be inclined to switch STR and CON. HPs are never a bad thing to have and a 15 in INT isnt really all that hindering. Ill second picking up a reserve feat as well.

    It's all about spin. If the unicorn sacrificed itself to create the weapon it stands to reason that the weapon would be much more powerful than its mundane counterpart.     Druid? Wildshape seems the easiest solution. Perhaps a Shifter from Eberron could be beasty enough.
