Excellent post and though I have tons of miniatures and DF terrain, they get out only during combat when I DM. While I have little experience with 3E and none with 4E, 2nd ed was my thing, 5th has drawn me back to rpgs.

I would spend all day scouring forums like this, taking notes from all the business pros and doomsayers, and then just sit back and reap in the gold from self-selling rpg products...

Adventure support slim? Maybe you mean one off adventures but considering the time elapsed between the two campaigns, there should be plenty of adventuring. True, they might not be to everyone's cup of tea, but the same could be said about single adventures. Or maybe you mean something else...
