Looks good to me...I'm not a math whiz...but I am a D&D whiz... ....I have long considered using EL as the basis of XP awards a la D20 Modern...I just keep forgetting to emplement it...and I always eyeball them anyway... ...also, I too am TERRIFIED at the thought of good well developed...
