The only thing you have to worry about there is DVD's that have a copyguard to prevent you from making a copy of the disc. Not all discs have a copyguard, but many of them do. {We get around that by using our old, still working, BetaMax machine :D which doesn't read the copyguard.}...

We have some players who are always late, and sometimes those of us who arrive on time get some extra XP's thrown to us. Sometimes it's every 5 minutes until the latecomers arrive. It encourages promptness (sometimes). But I can't remember anything out of game getting XP's, just in game.
