Somewhere (OA I think), it stats that monks don't exclusively use their hands... it was mentioned that a monk can hold a two-handed weapon, and still do a 'flurry of blows' as they'd use legs, elbows, and his head.

Somewhere out there somewhere (where eludes me at the moment) there's a feat called Shaft Fighting or some such thing, allowed you to use the shaft of a reach weapon for 1d6 damage at 5ft... basically a heavy staff.Feats that would be good, beyond using trip-specific weapons - combat reflexes...

Well, seeing as twin speed isn't 3.5, that arguement is moot. Regardless: No feats are stacked. You only casted one, you only used (for this example) empower once.

Fiendish template grants DR and cold/fire resistance based on HD. Is this just the HD of the base creature, or would character levels count towards it?
