I just got to say that I love the new format. It lays nice and flat no matter where I am in the book. I hope they do the same thing with D&D 4E books.

I loved the Monsternomicon and can't wait for the second volume. ToH was OK, but didn't really trip my trigger. Denizens of Avadnu is a great monster book filled with bizarre creatures unlike anything else on the market.

Owen and Rodney, I just picked up my copy today and I've been tearing through it all night. I've got to say that you guys did one helluva job with the new edition! Excellent work guys! I can't wait to put this system through its paces. :D

Not really at all. They are pretty different systems. However, if WoD used either system or a merge of the two, I would be totally happy with that.

I'll at least look at it because it's D20. If it does happen to be Monte's look a modern gaming with WoD draped over it, then I'm certain to check it out and possibly buy it. If it's simply D&D with Vampire PC's, then I'll pass. I've never been that big of a fan of the WoD anyway.

Ditto. I've got the old Starcraft Alternity set. With the conversion guidelines put up by WotC a while ago, I could likely do it easily. However, if someone went and did the work for me, and did it well, I would likely snatch it up in a heartbeat.

No kidding. The simple fact of the matter is that MJ has always been depicted as a model. Models in the vein that MJ is a model are attractive and seductive. Therefore the statue should reflect this. This is really a non-issue.

The look of the game doesn't scream Eberron to me. If you take away the Warforged and the quest text, the game would look much like any other generic game running. Nothing in it made me think of the artwork from the Eberron CS. None of it.
