Normally I can be 3mins doing nothing in water keeping my breath. this would be 15con. A normal human is 10 so 2mins, sure I do nothing so that's why I can keep up to 3 mins... (if someone do nothign in water and is not panicked I usually give 1.5 normal than if the guy is hard at work and...
