    Invisible Paladin

He attacked the Paladin and missed. The Target doesn't take damage. I might be willing to concede that if the creature hit another character while swinging for the Paladin, that then he might take damage. If the Target is trying to attack the Paladin, then that is what he is doing. I'm not...

    Invisible Paladin

Well, if you attack with a single target power and attack the wrong square, then no, the target would take no damage even if the spell called for damage on a miss. Of course, we aren't talking about wether the monster hits you, but if he is attacking you. A level 11 Paladin / Fey Warlock...

    Invisible Paladin

You are too hung up on hitting the Paladin. Even a bad target is still a target. If Mongo thinks you are in square A and attacks square A he is still attacking you, even if you are in Square B. If you really want to get into semantics the spell never says you have to target the proper...

    Invisible Paladin

The Paladin's role is to make the monsters attack him instead of his allies. To promote this role he was given a power that makes not attacking him painful. If you mark a target and run away, you are still in the letter of the law. turning invisible, teleportation, flying on the back of a...

    Invisible Paladin

We are discussing Paladins who mark foes and then turn invisible. This in itself is ridiculous. Someone that uses a Mark or Divine challenge and then tries to exploit the letter of the rules in favor of the intent is to me ridiculous. My point is, and will always be for this subject, that if...

    Invisible Paladin

See, we are discussing different things. You are talking about a program that if Marked Target does not attack within 5' of Marking Paladin, then Marked Target Takes damage. Living in a society of technology we tend to think this way, and it is a valid interpretation. But if you look at...

Maybe not, but his choreographer does.

    Explain INT and Reflex, Please

Indeed. But this could justify such bonuses to AC. It isn't about reacting to the attack, but anticipating it and planning a defense before the attack is even launched. A man with a 25 DX is attacked by 3 ninjas. A Matrix sequel breaks out. A man with a 25 IQ is attacked by 3 ninjas. He...

    Invisible Paladin

I believe intent is key here. If the Paladin is invisible, and the challenge-ee doesn't know what square he is in, and designates a square he guesses the Paladin is in, he has satisfied the spell's conditions; He has attacked the Paladin. Whether he hits the Paladin is as irrelevant in this...

    Sneak Attacking with Heavy Blades?

Why does this remind me of, "The Gamers?" "You Back-stab with a ballista?" "The rules don't say you can't." It was, truly, an epic Dork moment.

    Multiclassing Feats & Powers

Wow. Interesting read, I just have one question at this point. Why does everyone assume you can only take the swap feats once?

    Temporary Hit Points

I'm surpised this is an issue. Temp HP do not stack. If you recieve 10 hp from one source and 8 from another you still have 10 temp HP. If an infernal warlock uses a rod of corruption and kills 7 guys he doesn't recieve 70 hp. He recieves 10.

Is three strikers and a leader a viable party ?

You have a Healer of sorts, and a whole lot of damage, both ranged and Melee. I think you'll be OK.
