It's a PDF file entitled WotC spell compendium list. I found it off a website someone posted here awhile back, but now I can't find the original topic, where I got it from, nor a list of what resources this thing uses. It has spells from Defenders, Manual of the Planes, Magic of Faerun, etc...

You may want to take a look at the Faith Caster from Path of Faith. Basically its a spontaneously casting cleric that looses alot of armor abilities and the like.

Look at it this way, according to the novels, every follower of Mystra gets to either meet her, or bed her, so she's a very down to earth goddess!

Our party used to have a wand of reduction at max effect that we used to party teleport with one regular teleport anyway, so the spell isn't really broken because of that aspect either.

Yeah, I liked the Shield Guardian and the Runic Guardian in MM2, but the Shield Guardian requires limited wish. Runic Guardian has potential, but doesn't list what spells it takes comprehensively, and I assume from it's powers it takes Teleport without Error.

Actually I was refering to the part of Taking a 10 about not being rushed, or threatened. Distractions or threats making it impossible to take a 10, and I believe traps qualify as threats.

I believe you can not take a 10 versus Magical Traps or any other situation where failure = pain. Don't have the books to quote you directly atm though.

Eldritch Master was a PrC from Dragon #280 roughly. It gave several extra spells of level 1-5, some interesting special abilities, and an occasional spell level boost, as well as a few spells not on your list, but had no level progression.
