Every single Song of... book that I bought had the shiny, uh minimalist covers. I'm not sure if any of them are reprints, but I'm pretty sure I bought the last two the minute they hit book stores.

Golarion seems to have plenty of empty spaces for Freeport...that's not a half bad idea. The Freeport trilogy is on my long list of things I still want to play/DM and I certainly don't want to convert it to 4E. Maybe Freeport + Pathfinder ruleset = fun?

Yeah, I'm really impressed by this. Not for lack of trying, I'm really not digging what I'm seeing from 4E. It's nice to have an alternative that fixes some of the wacky stuff from 3.5E but keeps, IMO, a lot of the good stuff. I may try to run Red Hand of Doom using this.

I think a slower healing rate combined with a dungeon like Rappan Athuk might result in more character deaths from old age than from monsters. Advance two rooms, retreat, rest for a few weeks, return to find those two rooms filled with monsters again, rinse, repeat, retire.
