The Doomed Bastards: Reckoning (story complete)

Even in the belly of the beast, I am not ready to count the good Marshall out just yet and I expect to see a joint effort to rip the beast asunder from the inside. Although it is very possible I am quite wrong... Great story LB and I am anxiously awaiting the next installment...:)

Lamentation of Lolth - OoC VIII

I think only Calenthang called Ayden revered, even after Ayden told him just to call him Ayden. It took Sielwooden and Ayden quite a while to build up the respect, and for the longest time Ayden never knew if the archer was going to shoot him rather than listen to some upstart human telling him...

Lamentation of Lolth - OoC VIII

I think Laurent will do good once he gets past the stigma of showing up when the wounds were so fresh to everyone. Also with there just being a short amount of time that has passed IC, it will take some time to loosen things up. Also when I said not yet, I promise there was more than one day...

Lamentation of Lolth - OoC VIII

If there was space, flattery would bring me back amigo, but I will enjoy the story as it is for now as a cheerleader and shade. But it is welcomed all the same..:)

    Bastion's campaign sketches/art and REQUESTs

RL has greatly reduced the amount of time I get to come on the boards, but I have always checked in to see if you have posted any new work. I will miss seeing your updates as I think you have a great gift. I have managed to fall in with a table top Eberron game and if you ever feel like doing...

Lamentation of Lolth - OoC VII [Seeking a replacement!!!!]

Ayden leaves and the boards crash...perhaps Moander knew the ass whipping was coming his way. Also three of you have e-mail, but it only really applies to two of you about the upcoming Mem Day weekend. Didn't mean to interrupt, but class is about to start and wanted to get your attention...

    Shackled City - Chapter III

Zeric followed the dwarven priest through the halls of the church, but kept quiet for the majority of the walk. It was not that he minded the priest talking, but he knew he truly had nothing to say in return. When they came into view of the elves sitting at the breakfast table, Zeric nodded to...

Lamentation of Lolth - Chapter VII

Ayden knew that while Sielwoodan spoke the truth, the scout also needed to know that those who travelled with him trusted in his abilities even when the dangers were great. Approaching the scout, Ayden spoke quietly to him as Teleri moved away. "I will be here for you should the worse happen...

    Shackled City - Chapter III

Zeric felt his frustration rising as the dwarven priest kept agreeing that his suggestions had merit, but then spoke of them being too far beyond what could be done. Zeric knew that if he could have five minutes alone with the gnomish locksmith, Keygan Ghelve would gladly do anything the church...

    Shackled City - Chapter III

"Cuthbert and I have an understanding priest, and while it may seem odd to you, I understand the role that he has for me. I will question the things I must, but there will be a time when you must also trust that his might will make right." Looking down at his thickly calloused hands, Zeric...

Age of Worms (Act I All Quiet on the Western Front)

Right now, RL doesn't give me enough space to run a game. The only reason I have been able to be on the boards as much as I have is due to my company closing for the Christmas holiday. I am still hoping to get things smoothed over enough from my side to get this and the Sunless game going...

Lamentation of Lolth - Chapter VII

Glancing over towards the gnomish mage, Ayden dusted his hands off against his pant leg before speaking. "These markings were made by those who followed Talos the Destroyer. If this is a burial ground for them, we have to assume they have wards protecting those placed here from would be...

Lamentation of Lolth - Chapter VII

Glancing up once more as he shifted his position on one of the sarcophagi, Ayden nodded his head in agreement. "I have no desire to wake these souls from their slumber, but I would like to know who put them here."

Lamentation of Lolth - Chapter VII

Looking up from the enclosed coffin that he had been examining, Ayden gestured with his hand towards the burial chamber. "In theory Calenthang, we may be in the burial chambers of a once flourishing church, or cult. Thirteen tombs means this was more than a passing stop for these people. I will...
