I am realy considering holding off trying to dive too far into conversion until D20F comes out. I'd be beating myself senseless if we poured a ton of time into this only to have an "official" sample setting being SF. Or having it show up in Dungeon/Polyhedron as a mini game..... I'll still look...

A lot depends on the calibre of the weapon, and the angle of the shot. I real instances of police aiming to shoot out a tire, they are rarely using a 9mm weapon, thier handguns are typically larger calibre. They also have training on doing this. Also, did your friend fire at teh sidewalls? Or...

No errata yet. With the B5 Liscence, they need to aproove EVERYTHING through WB. That's one of the biggest reasons for release delays on that line.

I do not have the product, but most D*M stuff should be fairly easy to convert with the menace manual, D20M & Urban Arcana. I'd just recomend the Psychic's Handbook by Green Ronin (a Master Class book). It has a much better feel for using psychic powers than the XPH does....
