Agreed. I've never had much time for gnomes, but since I'm still flying the flag for old-style halflings I'd be a hypocrite not to shed a tear for a race that's been around so long.

It's too oriental. It just doesn't fit with the overall European theme of the game. Maybe in a Heinsoo supplement with setting support, but not as core.
