Using silvered weapons as your main weapon would not seem a good idea to me - it isn't as hard, and therefore the weapon is blunter, and with use the silver coating will wear off (since it would have to be fairly thin).

Polymorphing someone into themself would also drop all their physical stats down to 10 (before racial adjustment)

Our tactics: Never fight fair. Since we are usually the aggressors, ambushes happen a lot. And there is no such thing as excessive force.

I think 1/week limit is good. Personally, I think making it last 10 minutes/level would be good, but make it not be totally an automaton under the control of the caster. It will obey him, but has to be bargained with (likes gold, live humans to eat, being left in peace, possibly more dragon...

Conc. nitric will not burn or explode. With a mixture of nitric and sulfuric acids its very easy to make lots of things that will explode quite happily, but thats outside the scope of D&D. And takes more than 6 seconds. Nitric acid does react with organic substances - I know, I've spilt some.

Soulweave some spells, take subdual damage. Soulweave a CLW, take 1 point of damage and heal 1d8+5. Even better, you can similtaneously heal battle damage and subdual damage.

IMHO: Barbarian should be executed. Clearly a multiple murderer and a madman. CE. Cleric should be hunted down and killed (and 15th level NPCs have lots of resources). No excuse for his actions. NE. Fighter should be mark of justice'd, possibly geased, and released. I don't think he merits...

Dwarves are normally fairly short and wide, so the durn-an would be as well. So perhaps they are only about 7' tall despite being Large, and thus don't have the natural reach associated with large bipeds. I would then call them +1.

I don't think it would unbalance anybody - sure wizards and sorcerers would lose some firepower, but they could stand to. Personally I would keep it, but make it a 5th level spell.
