    None So Vile series

What? Oh... Actually, I was hoping for some input from someone that has used them in play. [diplomacy check] The only issue I have with staff reviews are they do so many that reviewing starts to be more of a job than anything. I know I'm tired of my job. [/diplomacy check]

    None So Vile series

I've been looking at Blackdirge's "None So Vile" series on RPGNow. They're about $4 each, $12 to buy the bundle; but they're only about 14 pages each. The only reviews they have are Staff reviews. So, I was wondering... For those of you that have them, do you think they are worth getting?

    3e Left in the Library

Agreed. I've still got several BECMI, 1e, 2e, and 3e adventures I'm currently working on linking together for a massive campaign. If I only I can get a group that will stay together to play it long enough. :(

    Four Whines and a Funeral

[humorous rant] Where do they think those got read, anyway; the couch? sheesh, everyone knows magazine racks belong in the throne room. Not to mention, I don't have a laptop. Dragging my computer back there with little room to set it up is a real PITA. [/humorous rant] Nothing WotC does online...

If so, how long do you expect the current 3.5 print to be available?

    4e Cosmology Changes

My current plan is for the Manual of the Planes to be the ONLY 4e book I ever buy if I like it after thumbing through it. The new cosmology is about the only thing about 4e that I think I like. I've never really liked the great wheel, but I've always accepted it as canon.

What Free RPG Day swag did you get?

I'm guessing these were printed before the Oct start date was announced.

I remember checking this out on the DEM website a few months ago and liking what I saw. I'm going to have to pick this up I guess.

    Who wrote 4e?

Mearls has been my whipping boy for years.

    Sell me on True20!

I picked up the Revised Edition today during Free RPG Day. If I like it enough, I might run my upcoming Kalamar game using it.

What Free RPG Day swag did you get?

I hit SEVERAL game stores in my 5-1/2 hour expedition and got all of the following: HarnWold: Field of Daisies and quickstart rules by Columbia Games Starsiege Event Horizon by Troll Lord Games Traveller: Book0 by Mongoose Publishing Dungeon Crawl Classic #51.5: The Sinister Secret of Whiterock...

    Best multiple-system-friendly RPG supplements?

I'll second both Kalamar and Book of the Righteous. Although both contain crunch, the fluff far outweigh it. I'm considering using BotR as the religion for a homebrew setting.

Only if you do the "Buddy Jesus" pose from Dogma.

Mongoose 3.0/3.5 Grand Archive - Any Interest?

I really wish I had time to help out with this on a big scale. Once things are rolling, I might be able work some time to do 1 or 2.
