well, I can't imagine these animations improving all that much and I'm fairly certain I've seen a more recent version too. Even if another 100 hours of work is needed for that cut scene, there are more important things to spend time and money on.
Here are Lae’zel’s ability scores.
Strength: 17
Dexterity: 13
Constitution: 14
Intelligence: 11
Wisdom: 12
Charisma: 8
Can you swap these around in BG3? I'm not sure what she can even multi class into at this point.
What is the name of the cut scene with the dagger struggle? I watched that the other day and thought it was a complete waste of development resources and effort. It was utterly horrible looking. The technology just isn't there yet for that kind of action sequence. More time should have been...
I'm not referring to novelists. It's the comments from game critics and rpg game developers who decry the traditional character races and classes. In fact there is a now infamous article detailing how BG3 developers where upset at player character selection being human male. That made me...
The cut scenes in BG3 suffer from more than just the uncanny valley problem. Have you seen how bad the whole dagger at the neck scene is beyond horrible. Why bother adding in those animations when more NPCs are needed.
BG1 had about 25 companions that can join your party and that still...

BG1 tried to ensure that party was cohesion something to be concerned about. Some players didn't like that, but as...
I also replyed BG1 recently, and yes I do agree that there is a class / party makeup problem, but you certainly didn't have to wait until Cloakwood to get a good cleric. Branwen is a great addition to any party and you get her at the Nashkel Carnival.
I honestly find the older dialog of the...
I also did the fake multiplayer game because I couldn't find a good mix of NPCs early game suitable for an evil party. Of course, it was still possible to to pull in all the characters you needed for any type of party - you just had to stick with it for a few levels.
I've also recently...
