LaNasa would have had to put up 50% of the rental fee plus security deposit to secure the dates. I wonder if someone should contact Horticultural Hall to confirm they got booked for those dates. Also find out if he fibbed a bit and said it was "not for profit" to get the lower cost rental.

Ernie deserves no sympathy. By not choosing to refute and condemn LaNasa and other people, he's chosen a side. I'm also, though, not going to get on Luke, Heidi, or any of the other children of Gary Gygax for not actively condemning him in public. It's always a hard thing when you have family...

Deleted files can always be retrieved from back-ups by Google, so that won't help them.

I imagine they would as the only other means would be to subpoena Google for the content, authors, owners, etc. Doable by Hasbro/WotC but not guaranteed to happen. The cloud companies don't want people thinking their data can just be seized at any time. It would probably require a criminal case...
