I don't see where Armor Training applies at all to encumbrance, apart from where it reduces the ACP. So your 15th level fighter has a -4 to ACP for Armor Training, +6 to ACP for being heavily encumbered for a net of +2 to ACP. He would ordinarily run at 30' in his heavy armor, but encumbrance...

Obviously your game and all that, but IMO, Kingmaker is one AP where it's best to keep everyone the same. After all, ideally your players aren't competing with each other.

I followed the creation of this from your posts over on the Hero Lab forums and have always forgotten to purchase the rules. I guess with the coupon I now have no excuse. There are times I hate my curiosity :)
