    Shemeska's Planescape Storyhour (Updated 29 Jan 2014)

True getting to confront powers as mighty as Vorkannis seems to be would obviously scream Epic levels.... But then again I have such a hard time comprehending the mods to make a d20 skill check hit DC 100. So I took the feat Eschew Ridiculous Levels for my Campaigns.

    Shemeska's Planescape Storyhour (Updated 29 Jan 2014)

28th level... Ridiculous! Muaahahahahahahahahahaaahhhahahaha! But seriously, what level are the characters at this point in the story hour. 10-15?

Another "real-world" choice: Pick one feat...

Great Fortitude would be my choice. It' always the first feat I choose when coming up with the "me" character.

    Shemeska's Planescape Storyhour (Updated 29 Jan 2014)

I never would've thought of it... But the Harmonium set the precedent. And the Guardinals basically handed the Lower planes another layer just by seeding Belarian with all those horrors. Talk about standing back and looking at the Big Picture. Something the PS setting tried to drill into our...

    Shemeska's Planescape Storyhour (Updated 29 Jan 2014)

So the Cheshire fiend hasn't really earned his spurs eh??? And the keeper has more than one scion... interesting. I thought the 'loths frowned upon sexual reproduction, especially among the higher echelons.

If you put it that way I could see your point... Malsheem is like a Planar Louvre.

Single largest structure in the planes... I thought that moniker went to Malsheem? Or is it just in the 'lothocentric planes you run Marauder?

    Planar Handbook Chat Log

This is exactly why I'm mad... The 3rd party publishers can't put out what I'm looking for. I've been following the Planes for nearly 20 years! I've been playing or readin about D&D since I was 6 and my uncle and his friends were being chased by the Wild Hunt in the Happy Hunting Grounds...

Wizards designer posts - Andy Collins

Nope it replaces a level in your normal class. You'd take 4 levels of Sor, then 1 of Planar sorcerer at 5th. At 6th you continue the normal Sor progression. There are 3 levels for each core class you can swap out. You don't have to take all 3, nor do you have to take them in Order (afaik)

    Planar Handbook Chat Log

It's certainly chapping my arse to see a certain designer(s) with such an agenda. They keep talking about what sells and what market analysis has shown... blah, blah, blah. Aren't most of us the Core customer of anything Planar? Aren't the old guard planewalkers out there (who play the new...
