As a current law student who's over halfway through law school (and fortunately done with constitutional law courses) I can tell you that "learning every detail" about any aspect of the law is futile. Attorneys do not know every detail about their specialty, rather, they know the prominent case...

So, which do you prefer? Personally, while the Dwarven Forge stuff looks great, I think it takes up too much room and takes too long to set up.

I'll definitely be picking up CoC D20. I'm especially interested in porting over the Cthulhu Mythos into D&D3E after running the Freeport Trilogy for my group a while back. As far as Delta Green goes, it and the Delta Green: Countdown sourcebook are without a doubt the two best rpg books...
