With a brand new character(?), it will take several Tier 1 adventures to level up to Tier 2. If you are just starting with a new PC, I'd sign up for some of the other Tier 1 DDAL07-* modules.

While AL does have/need a level of predictability, this will affect very few people(one person and DM's for their games). Mearls will hopefully make it a little underpowered to account for lack of playtesting. It's for charity and I have absolutely no problem with it.

If you started any of the previous season quests during that actual season, you can finish the quest later- as long as the DM quest itself doesn't list an expiration. I hope that makes sense. :)

It's going to be DM dependant. I don't allow 2 cloaks/belts at the same time, myself.

Depends on how much I like the character/how much fun I've had with them- whether or not I'll get them Raised.

I appreciate the revision(s) already made to the document, and I'll probably run 2 tracks this season- One for new, Season 7 characters & Mods, and one that runs older Season 1-4 make-up adventures.

Yeah, but where in the rules does it say you can re-skin? I've seen the Admins say light reskinning is ok, and DM discretion, but that's about it.

Conversely, is there something in the D&D rules that says you can have a crossbow/bolt combo and reflavor it as musket/bullets? I'm fine with, say, renaming a Shortsword into Wakizashi, or a Longbow into a Yumi- but not fine with turning "wands into laser pistols" for a warlock, or crossbows...

Hmm... but those mods you listed do show a rarity (in the mod text) and the special quirks of the magic item.

That's kinda what I was wondering, if the Con likes things scheduled a certain way(which does not work well for AL), and doesn't want it scheduled on warhorn(which is better for AL), then there's the problem... :P

I've seen them used in-game as messengers, helping the knight(Paladin) don/doff his armor in the morning/night, or announcing the knight. As long as they're a non-combatant, and weak(commoner), you should be ok.
