    Blackmoor Lisence Ends

Good question Allen, Dave stated that he owns the First Fantasy Campaign and all its contents, including the original maps. The status of Supplement 2 is unclear though WotC has clearly tolerated the existence of that pdf on Dave's website for years. I'm thinking this does not extend to the DA...

Blackmoor books 3.5 How are they?

That's bizarre! I knew about the adventure, but I never knew they also included it in the D20Modern section. The links to the pdf appear to be identical though, so its not actually a D20Modern adventure. Also, there's not much in it to suggest that this would be anything but a D&D adventure IMO...

Blackmoor books 3.5 How are they?

Indeed! Here's the complete list of 3E/4E Blackmoor material: Zeitgeist Games/Goodman Games/Code Monkey Publishing Dave Arneson's Blackmoor D20 (D&D 3.5 Edition) The Redwood Scar (D&D 3.5 Edition) The Wizard's Cabal (D&D 3.5 Edition) The Dungeons of Castle Blackmoor (D&D 3.5 Edition) Dave...

Blackmoor books 3.5 How are they?

The core book, Clock & Steam and Temple of the Frog are my favorites. Dungeons of Castle Blackmoor is probably the one I like the least, but then I never cared much for mega-dungeons. It does have some interesting features though. If you are getting into Age of the Wolf, all of the 3.5 books...

Has anyone played the old Immortal rules?

In one of my early gaming experiences, we made it to 36th level (mortals) and began questing for Immortality. Sadly, the campaign ended before we ascended. In my old D&D campaign, we ran through the HWA-trilogy (Hollow World) where there is a part where the PCs temporarily become Immortals...

Blackmoor MMRPG char gen rules, including a new class.

Im still a bit of a n00b when it comes to the 4E rules, but those powers really make the Inventors seem terrifying! I love it :) Makes me wonder what else we will see in Age of the Wolf (where this is taken from). Havard

4e Blackmoor? Forked Thread: Pray for Dave Arneson!

260 pages worth of content, interior illustrations are B/W. 35$ does sound steep, though you do get the pdf for free if you buy the print copy (does WotC follow this policy?) Havard

4e Blackmoor? Forked Thread: Pray for Dave Arneson!

Here are 10 cool things about Blackmoor: 1. Its classic: The setting has been around since even before it was called D&D and is created by Dave Arneson himself. 2. 30 years in the making: Dave kept running games in Blackmoor throughout the decades and these games actually affected how the...

4e Blackmoor? Forked Thread: Pray for Dave Arneson!

I couldnt wait for that. Oh well, I will just have to pay again to get the hard copy. Its Blackmoor so its worth it! :) Absolutely! Gaaah! What about those poor souls who cannot make it to GenCon? I seriously hope there will be more maps available in future products or at least as pdfs. I...

Canon is supposed to be more of a guideline anyway isnt it? ;) Sweet! I would love it if Code Monkey includes some poster maps in their future Blackmoor products as well. Oh, and a Blackmoor DM's screen... Havard
