Maybe, depends on how you look at things, as of when I posted this; 1E/2E 32.51 % 3.x & pathfinder 32.20 % 4E 18.27 % the others combined 17.03 % I'm a 4E guy, but I think you got to give 1E some respect.

I'm with Niccodaemus & thedungeondevler, & the others. I would like see If the 5E Cleric could be built each way having different options. Then no matter which edition you favor, you can build a Cleric in that fashion. Then everyone could be happy.

I agree... In the 5E "lets keep everybody happy" mode, I think a 5E Ranger would best if at a certain level (maybe 4 or 5) your have a path choice. Choice of spells or more martial stuff (more archery or Two weapon ). So everyone can play the Ranger style they prefer. Even a Third choice...

Not very often, but sometimes I have the same prob. If a reboot my laptop & reboot my printer (older laser), everything prints fine.

One of my fears is magic item creation. It can be just as bad. take 1 caster level then players have a bag of wands or weapons.
