    Beyond the Digital Curse

Cautiously hopeful about this one. Would love to reduce some clutter at the table. But a subscription model is not something I like. Anybody remember AD&D's Core Rules CD-ROMs? (These things: https://rpggeek.com/rpgitem/130515/add-cd-rom-core-rules-20 ) My friends and I still remember those fondly.

Looks very interesting! Is it me, or is the purple haired woman's right hand awfully tiny?

WotC's 2017 Convention Schedule Includes New Hascon, No GenCon

Wizards had a nice presence at GenCon Benelux in 2000. I strongly suspect they also attended some of the GenCon's in Barcelona.

Fire Giant Dreadnoughts in VOLO's GUIDE TO MONSTERS

Hmm. Have to say I'm in the camp that likes their D&D a bit more grounded. (I'd be perfectly happy with this Dreadnought in World of Warcraft, or most anything anime-based, though.) On the plus side, I do appreciate that there is some acknowledgement that giants in a D&D world would not use the...

Do You Know Your Glaive-Guisarme From Your Bohemian Earspoon?

I too was confused by the claymore image, but apparently the name is also used to refer to a type of basket-hilted sword used by Scotsmen since the 17th century. Wikipedia has more information: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claymore

D&D Goes to Work Part II: Professional Game Masters

I got paid once to run games at a convention. (Gen Con Benelux in the year when 3E was launched. So sad that was the last year. :()

Which D&D Settings Do You Play In?

I don't have a quote ready, but I believe that Mr Greenwood has stated that in his games the Realms are in some ways quite a bit different from WotC's official version. :)

Which D&D Settings Do You Play In?

One thing the poll in its current form doesn't account for is multiple ongoing games in the same setting. (Or different home-brews.) Does safe me the bother of deciding whether one of the home-brews I play in is officially on hiatus or not. :)

A question to my fellow Europeans

Haven't seen any WotC products since Masters of the Wild around here, and that one was several months late. This really, really sucks!
