Another user of the 5-10-5-10 rule. Of course, you could abandon all concepts of grids, whether square or hexagonal, and rely on rulers and such. More accurate, but more work as well, so I'll stick with the 5-10 rule.
Currently waiting for Book 3 in "The War of the Spider Queen" to arrive in my mailbox, and then I'll read it. Also getting in Unapproachable East in the same order, so I'll be reading it some as well.
Might pick up LotR and, once again, try to get through it. I don't care much for Tolkein's...
Thanks! Just wanted to be sure I didn't miss anything too important. I agree, that scene had some very cool moments in it.
Pyro: "You know those dangerous mutants you hear about on the news all the time? Well, I'm the worst one." ::Boom!::
Wolverine: Stands up, cracks neck, walks away...
Yep, it's in the upper-right portion of the wall with the rest of the X-rays.
I just got back from seeing the movie myself, but we had a power surge hit the theatre halfway through the movie, and we missed some of it by the time they got everything started up again. Could someone fill me in on...
... And here's another shot. These are the floors in the tower from the Heart of Nightfang Spire adventure, by the way.
I spend about 10 minutes cutting/taping the sheets together, and then about 30-60 minutes drawing each floor. This is while being anal retentive about keeping accuracy with...
What I do is print out a 1" grid on paper, cut it out, tape it together, and draw maps directly on it. Low cost, pretty quick to do, and easy to transport (roll it up like a blueprint).
Here's one, about 2' x 3' in size, with my brother's minis for scale...
Heh, I actually did something similar to that last week at a local Mexican restaurant. A big bowl of cheese dip spilled all over the table, so me and a friend grabbed some chips and started scooping it up. You have to understand, it was very good cheese dip. As in: "Best. Cheesedip. Evar":D...

See my 2 year old sister's big d6? (maybe d5.7 now!)
Bu...bu...bu...but forego a trip to Starbucks? Nay, it's not possible! The aroma of the beans, the smooth feel of the Café Mocha flowing down my throat, the perfect flavor of a perfect drink -- 'tis not something I can give up.
I'll give up a trip to McDonald's instead :D

Cool, y'all. Thanks for the info.
We're still a few years away from actually getting this thing off the ground (gotta make baby horses and all ;)), and this info will get us started on our way.
