I would say the cheapest option would be theft. I wouldn't suggest that though. Could easily turn out to be the most expensive option. I'll agree with the trading idea, though. Got some of my best minis from trades. Luck in your endeavors!

I have a set of 6 d6s from an old dice game called "Blisters." There are two blue, two red, and two green. For some odd reason, the blue ones roll sixes fairly consistently. Then there's the decidedly biased die set that has duplicates of the high numbers...haven't used those, yet, though...

My thoughts would be to speak gibberish, and write down the words for the player whose character can understand it. I don't think you should make her make a check to relay the info, but she should have to actually explain it to the other PCs. Great thread title, by the way
