If all your looking for is the ability to change the appearance of armor, and not it's stats, then apply the Glamered property. I know the wording specifically states that you change it to look like normal clothing, but beyond that there's nothing saying any limits to what it would look like...

If the Rogue is invisible, flanking is not necessary. If this character can Sneak Attack at range, then this counts.

Keep in mind under water interactions rely more on a 3D environment. Anything with a burst of cone radius suddenly becomes more useful, because you're able to include more targets in the area.

I addressed this once with a few Thoqqua. Had an NPC that spoke elemental languages and had a good diplomacy score, he was the handler of the pack. 'cause melting a tunnel thru stone seems cooler than digging.

If I'm reading Kavar's write up, it's saying he can heal 2 points of damage. However, I'm not sure this world work. If you take a level 0 spell, heighten it up 2 levels, then the traits drop it down 2 levels, it's a level 0 spell. Points for creativity though.

Races of Stone Peregrine Runner PrC has 1st level abilities that help moving thru rubble and slopes. Complete Adventurer's Highland Stalker has mountain movement abilities. Frostburn's Cloud Anchorite PrC gets snow-and-everything-else movement based abilities. Some are pretty cool. Perhaps...

Does all divine magic come from deity sources in your campaign world? Are there Paladins and Clerics of principles that could provide healing? Does the advice of a Cleric, based on wisdom from the deific source, count as the deity's involvement?

I did some digging, no sign of Pathfinder slashing arrows. There is some debate about this online, but by RAW, the Weapon Versatility feat should allow you to do this. Here is the Discussion.
