    Minotaur Paladin (Cleric in Plate)

Also he's missing a level 10 utility power.

    Minotaur Paladin (Cleric in Plate)

To clarify, the problems with this build: - There's no such thing as a "cleric 3/paladin 7." You're either a paladin with the cleric multiclass feat(s), or a cleric with the paladin multiclass feat(s). - You add +1 to two different ability scores at level 4 and level 8. - You need the...

Player just doing the same thing problem- please help.

Sounds like your players are, by and large, playing the way they're supposed to. The ranger really should be sharing scouting duties, Prime Shot and Hunter's Quarry work better when you're closer to the enemy, but other than that your party's tactics seem sound. Try throwing more lurkers and...

Cleric's Divine Fortune, can I use it after the attack roll?

You can't take immediate actions on your turn, so no, it isn't.

Cleric's Divine Fortune, can I use it after the attack roll?

No; it's a bonus to your next attack roll. If you've already made an attack roll before activating the power, that's not your next attack roll.

Quickdraw needed for throwing muliple daggers?

When in doubt, default to common sense. Is there really a compelling game-balance reason to nerf thrown-weapon users over archers and crossbowmen? If not, it's probably safe to assume that "load time" includes drawing the subsequent thrown weapons, and not explicitly calling it out was an oversight.

    Level 30 character wealth.

The problem being, of course, that as yet there are no level 31 items. ;) The Adventurer's Vault might remedy that, but for now I'd say just give them two level 30 items.

    Ongoing damage question

As described on pages 268-269 of the PHB, you take automatic damage at the start of your turn, and you save against conditions at the end of your turn. So yes, barring a power or ability that lets you roll a save before the start of your next turn, you automatically suffer the ongoing damage at...

    Using Hunter's Quary when Multiclassed

You can use it once per encounter, and the target is designated as your quarry till the end of your next turn. See the 7/16 errata: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/UpdatePH.pdf

    Noticing the hidden

Where are you getting this -10 penalty? If you win by 10 or more, yu know the exact square the target is in. If you win by less than ten, you know distance and direction, which is at least enough to make an educated guess. If you have area attacks especially, distance and direction is probably...

    Swordmage Implement with Wizard powers?

Ummm...what? There's only one kind of implement specialization, and that's from Arcane Implement Mastery: Only characters who began their career as wizards get Arcane Implement Mastery, therefore only a wizard multiclassing into swordmage could use a longsword as an implement for both class's...

    Attacking my PC's at night

There would be a surprise round, yes.Don't forget that surprised PCs grant combat advantage and the monsters only get one action. Technically this would be the first round--surprise rounds don't really count, but that's just a nomenclature thing. See PHB p. 263, "Sleeping and Waking Up."...

    Noticing the hidden

I don't really see the problem. The standard action is obviously a closer, more diligent search, and if you beat the Stealth check, you actually see the target. Why would that need to mention being able to target it? You now have line of sight to the target, ergo as long as you have line of...

    Noticing the hidden

It's a minor action to get a general idea where an unseen creature is. It's a standard action to actually spot it.

Using Rods for wizard spells? Forked Thread: Swordmage Implement with Wizard powers?

What version of the books are you getting these from? My version explicitly spells out "cleric class powers, as well as cleric paragon path powers" under cleric, and likewise for paladins.

    Swordmage Implement with Wizard powers?

Doesn't matter--it's not Implement and [W], it's the Implement and Melee keywords a power would need to work with a Lifedrinker weapon, as Lifedrinker explicitly says "when you hit with a melee attack." Battle Cry is a Close burst 1, so it doesn't qualify even if it's not a typo.

    Fighter's Mark and Opportunity Attacks

It's an attack, and it's not including the fighter. Even the intent of the attack isn't including the fighter, so yes, you get the attack. The only time you wouldn't get the attack is in some weird case where you're a multiclass fighter/rogue and you yourself are using bloody path. In that case...

    Swordmage Implement with Wizard powers?

Yep--just looking at the weapons in the PHB, any of the following should work with the weapon being used as an implement (although it might be debatable, many powers say "attacks with this weapon," which could be construed as meaning the power has to have the Weapon keyword. Personally I think...
