I thought about this and added a new feat to my power specific feats called "Desperate Accuracy". Its basically the elven racial power applied to one use of a daily power once per day.

Added greater cleave and wild power. I really like wild power because its about flavor not optimization. I'm looking at all the classes at-will powers. Cleric ranged powers would seem more to benefit from reach power than anything else.

I liked the seeking missile idea, I though it would be easier implemented if it ignored the penalties from cover and concealment. Added reach power and hideous blow. I was thinking of a rogue feat that would let them use a power that is a basic ranged attack with sneak attack damage.

Your mention of the paladin power help me put this into perspective and I've taken your suggestion. Using a second wind was too much when I could just put into the description of the feat It could be used once per encounter.

I added Enlarge burt to the list. A lot of the old metamagic feats could be converted like this. But I like how in 4E they can be applied to any classes powers. In 3E their benefit was offset by using a higher level spell, in 4E their benefit is offset is that they can only be used on one power...

I understand that Magic Missile Mastery gives an average of a 2 point increase in damage while some other heroic tier feats give a +1 to damage (excluding racial feats). But I think this is offset by the fact the extra damage is not guaranteed, and that you have no versatility with this feat...

I think having the ability to substitute an energy for all ones powers would be too much. Maybe a "Energy Specialization" paragon level feat to do that. Magic Missle Master is a cheeze name but I'm a sucker for bad alliteration. I'd take any advice on a better name though. I think Sacrificial...

I see its like having your cake and eating it too. This class make multiclassing wizard/ fighter pointless. Though I had thought about a Jack-of-all trades class where you get few class features, but your main strength is you could pick your powers from any class list.

I read the first paragraph, but al ot of the powers are just wizard powers cut and pasted. It would be easier to just be a fighter who multiclasses and takes wizard powers. Without having to worry about game balance and such. I think somebody could make a better than duskblade type character...

Why not just multiclass fighter/ wizard, or wait for the Swordmage to come out next month?
