D&D 5E Survivor 5e Plants - Shambling mound composts the competition!

I think the treant is great, as an NPC or Ally. Maybe I was heavily influenced by LotR's when I was young, but I tend to see them as friendly, or neutral at least. For monsters, it's hard to beat the shambling mound or assassin vine.

    D&D 3E/3.5 Edition Experience - Did/Do you Play 3rd Edtion D&D? How Was/Is it?

I switched to 3e when it was released. While we loved 2e, the new edition really cleaned everything up, codified everything, and was a joy to run and play. We loved 3/3.5, especially for the first years. As it aged we came to love it less, though never to the point of dislike.

    D&D 2E Edition Experience - Did/Do you Play AD&D 2E? How Was/Is It?

We switched to 2nd edition as soon as it came out and loved it. It felt like a cleaned up version of the rules. We played it well into the late 90's, though in later years it was far less often.

    D&D 1E Edition Experience: Did/Do you Play 1E AD&D? How Was/Is It?

I started out DM'ing Basic with Keep on the Borderlands. One of the players in that game told me about AD&D, and I was excited that there was more to this game I had fallen on love with. As soon as I picked up the three core books we switched to AD&D. Having started with Basic, we kept using...

OD&D Editon Experience: Did/Do you Play B/X? How Was/Is It?

This was the first version I ever played. My brother handed me the box and told me I would be running the game for him and his friends on the weekend. So I started out as a DM. I was in love with game immediately. During a session one player had his character cast a spell that wasn't in the...

    D&D 5E ForgedAnvil D&D 5E Character Generator

This isn't true. The luckstone affects Ability Checks and Saving Throws, not attack rolls. There are three types of rolls, ability checks, saving throws, and attack rolls. The Luckstone mentions two of the three.

Don't forgot to count the domain prepared spells, which would put it to 9.
