Not to mentioned they finally officially revealed the Ma'al Drakar, Dragon Tyrant! A 14" tall five headed nasty.

I love the final part of the second expansion... one of the minis (2nd down on left) actually looks a heck of a lot like H.P. Lovecraft himself.

No, but there was a comment that there were a large number of questions on certain topics that they still cannot discuss for various reasons. They may have been referring to that, but I don't recall the specific wording of the comment, and I don't specifically recall licensing being called out.
