Here's a new prestige class I've come up with for my coming campaign. The characters are going to be part of an organized crime syndicate, and I needed something for the leader of the org. This is based largely off the Crime Lord PrC from SW:d20. Opinions are welcome.

Well, it sounds like the original Shape Change spell is a more powerful version of the Shift Form salient divine ability. Considering that requires Divine Rank 6 or higher, I'd say that the original Shape Change wouldn't be something I'd allow at all in a game... so I chose "23rd level or higher".

In a Star Wars d20 game I played in my character had an extra pair of cybernetic arms. He wielded a heavy repeating blaster and a light repeating blaster. He named them the Butterfly and the Bee.
