It's been confirmed that WotC are not working on a Spelljammer book...yet. :) But I think we will continue to get Spelljammer namechecks in products during the buildup to the time when they are publishing a Spelljammer product.

None of the above. I'm waiting to see if Wizard of the Coast will bring back an out of print D&D campaign setting (and then open that setting up on DMs Guild).

That's probably not going to be the case with 3rd Edition and 4th Edition (and 5th Editoin) products they sell. WotC must have a library of all the original files of those.

Dungeon Masters Guild has no connection to the Open Game Licence. The OGL is a non-revokable licence. So nothing in the DMs Guild terms and conditions can ever effect the OGL or any documents released under it (including the 5e SRD). You are not going to see non-D&D content on Dungeon Masters...
