The banshee encounter had me worried. I wasn't sure if my players would offend her or play nice. They ended up playing nice.

That's the dig, it's all subjective. No doubt it's designed to make money but if that's a better game or not is completely dependent on how one feels about it.

As for LMoP yeah. Interested to see the horror aspect. Currently running LMoP and plan to go straight into this book. It's for teenagers and I feel like they should be able to handle the "horror".

Definitely more interested. Curious to see how much of the original adventure has been updated.

I wouldn't mind a few niche monsters, and smaller adventures sounds like a no brainer. Rules though? I like you can buy rules piecemeal but I don't think there should be exclusive rules.

Maybe your characters have the support of the Flaming Fist & Baldurs Gate behind them? Not sure off the top of my head what the relationship is between Chult and Baldurs Gate. I just recall a couple Flaming Fist outposts being near. Also, how do the Yuan-ti feel about the characters? Surely...

Kinda off topic but related to combat. Can someone explain how the fighters multi-attack from 1e/2e worked? Like 3/2 attacks or whatever.

I picked up a copy today. The new price tag, ouch. It seems to be a pretty good book from my first look through. Definitely gave me a lot of idea. I especially love the encounter/adventure/campaign section.
