My group in Denmark also a mixture of English and Danish. All technical stuff like skillpoints, spell names, weapons, other equipment, name of places etc is all in English..... Actually we just fill in the words between these with our native language. We actually only uses real Danish sentences...

Forgotten Realms! I practically only know GH and FR. And the group I play in is basicly just hack-n-slash, so magic is more than welcome. Therefor my vote went to FR. Stegger

Thanks for the replies! The confusion is not present in my campaign, but from a more general point of view. As Fayredeth pointed out, I meant in commonly known campaign settings. Does anyone know about this in GH or FR (They are probably the same)? Were the races initially created by the gods...
