    Weapon Focus for Splash Weapon

I think there is a feat somewhere giving you +1 to hit and damage with all splash weapons. (Maybe Races of the Wild... halflings love thrown weapons, after all.) And there's a nice tactical feat in PHB2 for thrown weapons as well. And after you get to epic levels, you can take the feat...

    Fire elementals

I think you are confusing awkward and awesome.

    Fire elementals

    Why would that be awkward?

    How dark is magical darkness?

Note that if the BoVD spells say they create darkness, they probably mean full darkness. And even if they refer explicitly to the darkness spell, they're referring to the 3.0 version, since that particular book just barely predates 3.5. I'll accept that it might be unbalanced for a 2nd level...

    Improved Natural Attack

Not a seperate book, but part of the errata: Chances are previous posters looked at one of the online SRD's, which tend to include official errata. (The official SRD release is not so updated.)

Ye olde classic unarmed strike/natural weapon question.

The word combine is more vague than that; it can for instance mean: In any case, once a thread gets to the point where the definition of common words is argued over, I lose interest. A key point is whether the secondary natural attacks are part of the flurry of blows. They're clearly part of...

Abilities with Prerequisites & taking the prerequisites at the same time?

Note that there's actually a different order for stuff you gain at 1st level (allowing you to take feats which have class abilities as prereqs.) But if you took your first level of cleric at level 3, you couldn't' take a divine feat at that level because you gain the ability to turn undead...

    Psionic True Strike?

There are a set of three arcane spells in the PHB2 which come close. They kind of let you borrow an action from the next round; a move, standard and full action respectively.

    Need opinions on balance

Nope. That's what you get when you advance a monster. It's not an intrinsic property of being a certain size. (As is evidenced by enlarge person.) Size modifiers to AC and attack rolls are intrinsic to the size, however.

    Need opinions on balance

There's a wu-jen spell in Complete Arcane which is level 8, and lets you get really, really large. (Either gargantuan or colossal.) I'd say this spell kind of interpolates between that one and enlarge person, so it sounds good to me. The penalty for being a specific size isn't accurate...

    Would the sabre be unbalanced?

What, like thousands of gold more expensive? Because anything else isn't going to deter PC's from preferring it in the least. I'd either lower the crit range, or knock damage down to 1d6.

What Would the Hierophant Have to Give Up To Gain Full Divine Spell Progression?

The thing about the Hierophant is that it's really better than the archmage... if you take it past level 20. At this point, you don't sacrifice anything, and you can pick up nice abilities and even epic metamagic feats at each level.

    Melee Weapon Mastery

Man, you really do hate him... :P I think someone ran some numbers, and it's not worth using unless you've already got a really really good chance of hitting.

What to kill for an extra invocation?

Well, surely they should be priced as an item which simply granted that ability, with a reduction for being restricted to a particular class.

    Dungeon Delver and Darkvision?

No, becuase you don't have the ability to cast spells. The scrolls issue is one that actually comes up sometimes with PrC prereq arguments, because the description of scrolls makes reference to casting a spell from the scroll. There's no such issue with rings; you don't cast a spell from the...

    Warlock Essence Invocation Duration? RESOLVED

In a pedantic sense, using the Warlock's essence and shape invocations as intended goes against the RAW. Invocations are spell-like abilities, and all spell-like abilities take a standard action to activate unless otherwise noted. I don't think the essence/shape invocations explicitly say that...

How to Increase a Reflex Save

There are spells/effects which take you out of combat unless you make a reflex save. (Such as the Otiluke's Sphere spells.) That's close to the same thing.

    Dungeon Delver and Darkvision?

If the character doesn't have darkvision while wearing goggles of the night, how are they seeing in the dark? :P

    Dungeon Delver and Darkvision?

Well, the dungeon delver isn't exactly a powerhouse, so if I were the DM I'd say yes and not worry about it. Any sort of RAW argument is going to revolve around if "already has darkvision" is a one time check, or if it is part of the constant ability granted.

More house rules for heal checks

You might want to glance at the d20 modern rules (where the skill is called treat injury.) Specifically, the option for surgery, which can make recovering from really serious injuries more possible: Something like this would nicely complement what you've already got; the fact that it heals...
