    I like this idea. Casting greater invisibility from a 7th level slot would still have a 1 minute duration, but would remove the concentration requirement. That sounds like a fair cost. Mike

    I like the idea of adding penalties to other actions/reactions if you are trying to concentrate on multiple spells... I wouldn't base it solely on a harder concentration check... or bladesingers with the resilient (con) and warcasting feats become the best at this multicasting ability. YMMV.

    Virtually impossible = DC 30 (stealth check) vs pc's perception. We're talking about heros here... nothing is virtually impossible... hard maybe.. but you as a DM has to set the difficulty for the pc's to overcome everything.

    for what it's worth... I'm going to have to agree with you also kd. I don't have a problem with the spell necessarily if the flavour was re-written as more of a compulsion/lockdown effect... but the background info needs to be provided. They do need to fill 300 pages of many more new books...
