Definitly a Cloak of Resistance. Fighters are weak in the Saves. IIRC +1 armor also costs 1,000.

Lately my group has been fighting lots of Ogres, Giants, etc with decent magic weapons and stuff. Problem is, I play a halfling and everyone else in the group is Medium sized (or smaller). The DMG says clothing, armor and jewlery re-size, but what about weapons? Shrink Item only applies to...

I find myself liking cover more for the Reflex save anyway. Applies more in D&D but even in d20 Modern it can save your bacon.

Only when flanking. Possibly ranged if the Blindsight radius is less than 30'. You can't Hide from a creature with Blindsight.

Against Humanoids, the only thing Freeze the Life Blood works on.
