Could you elaborate please? Are you saying that the items cost in quintessence is equal to 1/12 of the gold value?

Question: What is the Quintessence cost for artifact item creation? Since deities have no xp but instead quintessence Also if a deity creates a non-artifact magic item would anything be expended besides gold?
