That's how I took the main theme of the book. And I liked the movie as a nice relaxing distraction. Yes, it deviated from the book (quite a bit), but I'm entertained.

I didn't think BloodRayne was terrible. Nothing to write home about, but I was decently entertained when I Netflixed it.

I'm not aware of a database of NPCs. There are collections of NPCs in various books (electronic and/or print). There are character creators (like PCGen :) ) which will allow you to create and then save your NPCs.

The TV show got me into the series. I liked both venues. And I'm anxiously awaiting this 3rd one.

I don't think I've seen that episode. I've seen at least 2 that have whales in them, but I don't think I've ever seen Little Bear attacked by one.

Dora and Diego are big hits with my 2 girls (7 and 2). They also like Spongebob, Jimmy Neutron, Backyardigans, Little Bear, Little Bill, Fairly Odd Parents and Max & Ruby. I like Jimmy and Timmy the best of that group.

I submitted a scoop on Thursday about PCGen's newest release. When it didn't make the Friday news, I assumed it got lost in the shuffle, so resubmitted on Saturday. It still hasn't made the news.
