No, because this feat enhances the act of taking the weapon out from wherever it is on your person, not figuring out which slots and levers to mess around with while loading the crossbow. At least, that is how I see it.

Although that is what the DM's quest book says, according to the FAQ, the rule in the PCs' book that says you are healed from 1 is actually the way it works (not a huge difference, but still very important to note). Edit: Ignore me, I am wrong.
